In that panel, the user will set some information about the considered object:

* A string defining it (by default “?”)
* The satellite number (i.e. the Norad Id)
* The classification (by default “U”)
* The launch year
* The launch number
* The launch piece as a string (void by default)
* The first TLE number: the first computed TLE will take this value and, when several TLEs will be computed, this number will be incremented
* The number of revolution for the first TLE: useful to know how many revolutions occurred before this first TLE. When several TLEs are computed, this number will also be incremented.
